    You'll need
    A salon/at-home dye
    Shampoo
    A blow dryer (optional)
    Curling Iron
    A brush and a comb
    Finishing/holding hairspray
    1. (Option 1) Go to a hair salon and get either red hair extentions or if your hair is long enough already just get the tips dyed red.
    1. (Option 2) go to the store and get an at-home hair dye kit and only dye the tips.
    (I would recommend option 1, but option 2 is cheaper.)
    2. Shampoo your hair and either blow dry or air dry (depending on how much time you have)
    3. Make sure your hair is completely dry and curl your hair.
    4. Flip your hair over and bounce and run your fingers through it to give it a softer look.
    5. Part your hair to the side.
    6. Spray on some finishing spray to hold the look.
